01Three participants, one connected model

A different value for everyone involved.

pick who you are

Move from loan sourcing to livelihood coordination.

A typical sourcing-led Direct Selling Agent (DSA) relationship focuses on connecting borrowers with lenders. Impackt Loans proposes an ongoing operating layer around the business behind the loan.

Inquire for Lenders
  1. 1
An opportunity linked to the credit

Assess the business activity, brand relationship and expected cash flow alongside the borrower.

  2. 2
Social intent that can be reviewed

Agree outcome measures and follow the livelihood after disbursement, using documented evidence.

  3. 3
Lender control stays with the lender

Retain credit assessment, sanction and pricing authority. Define platform responsibilities, monitoring and exceptions through the partnership.

02From eligibility to earnings

The loan is one step.
The livelihood is the journey.

1

Check eligibility

Proposed screening: CIBIL score of at least 750, zero days past due in the previous year, anchor recommendation or membership, and a co-applicant and guarantor. Final acceptance rests with the lender.

2

Find the business fit

Assess an existing business, develop a business idea, or match an interested first-time owner with a suitable brand opportunity with proven local demand.

3

Set up the engagement

Complete business requirements, define supplier responsibilities, and establish the escrow arrangement and account controls before capital commitment.

4

Meet the contribution check

The proposed model requires at least 10% of the loan value to be maintained in the designated account before disbursement, subject to agreed lender terms.

5

Approve & deploy funds

The lender assesses and approves the loan. Disbursement and escrow use follow the signed contract, including permitted releases and recourse.

6
← where it really starts

Earn, repay & build a record

Track trading activity, earnings, repayments and savings. Use these records to develop an Impackt Score with a defined, reviewable methodology.

03Social purpose, with evidence

Success should be visible in the records.

A disbursed loan is only the beginning of the story. The proposed outcome framework actively tracks whether an enterprise operates, generates positive cash flow, and supports long-term sustainable growth.

a quick, honest note

These are proposed measures, not reported results. Baselines, review frequency, and verification responsibilities must be agreed with each lending partner.

BUSINESS ACTIVITY

Is the livelihood operating?

Setup completion, trading continuity, stock replenishment frequency, and repeat orders in the local market.

ECONOMIC PROGRESS

Is income improving?

Sales, margins, net household earnings, and retained savings, benchmarked against agreed initial baseline records.

CREDIT PERFORMANCE

Is repayment sustainable?

Repayment timeliness, zero days past due (DPD), and demonstrated repayment capacity generated directly from business cash flow.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Can the outcome be checked?

Consented business records, escrow bank statements, and documented brand support visits with automated audit flags.

04The questions that matter

Clarity before commitment.

the hard ones, answered straight.

No. A funded escrow provides a defined source of contractual cover; it does not automatically eliminate losses. Ownership, beneficiary rights, release triggers, disputes, unsold stock and shortfall responsibility must be documented before engagement.
